More Than a Meal — A Taste of Home

Our recipes were passed down through generations — measured by hand, seasoned by memory, and finished with fresh herbs, citrus and peppers from the market. Every plate we send out carries the warmth of Haitian hospitality, where guests are family and no one leaves hungry.

Our Story

Cooked slowly, served generously

Flanm Cuisine & Catering began the way most good things do in a Haitian family — around a crowded table. What started as Sunday cooking for neighbors grew into a kitchen devoted to authentic Haitian recipes and the bold, layered flavors of the Caribbean.

We still make our epis by hand every morning, still braise our griot low and slow, still press our juices from ripe tropical fruit. Nothing arrives frozen, nothing is rushed. Homemade cooking, fresh ingredients, and family traditions kept alive plate by plate.

Today we cook for weddings, birthdays, corporate rooms and quiet weeknight dinners alike — with the same warm hospitality that started it all.

The griot tastes exactly like my grandmother's. The pikliz has the right kind of heat and the dining room is gorgeous. This is the real thing.
